If we haven't had the pleasure of meeting yet, please complete the form below. All information is reviewed privately and kept confidential.

For my safety and peace of mind, government-issued ID or passport verification is required from all new guests, without exception. To confirm your appointment, a non-refundable $40 deposit is required. Deposits are refundable only if I need to cancel, returned within 48 hours. If you provide more than 48 hours' notice to reschedule, your deposit can be applied toward a new date within one week.
